Michael Jackson
Michael Phelps Lee paid tribute to Michael Jackson - R.I.P June 25, 2009: On the Sad morning of June 25, 2009 Michael Jackson was discovered collapsed at his rental home in Los Angeles. 911 emergency services responded promptly at 12:21 pm Pacific time arriving at 12:30 pm to find Michael unconscious and not breathing. He was rushed to the UCLA Medical Center and after a brief slip into a coma Michael was pronounced dead at 2:26pm; the cause reported as cardiac arrest. THE Los Angeles Police Department has opened an investigation and an autopsy is scheduled for Friday, June 26, 2009.Michael lived a very colourful life and during a short 50 years he made an indelible mark on the planet Earth. Whether or not you are a fan there is nobody who can deny his impact and the memory of him which will persist in all of us indefinitely. Spread the word of Michael Jackson's legacy and make sure everyone will always remember. He is a legend, whether you like him or not. My father's re-watching all his videos! o: |

Somehow I find an ironic trend in less updates during the holidays. With what, 10 days, left in our inventory of free time (where the other 18 days flew past, woosh), there's still a lot more things that needs to be done.
:S Church Camp was interesting. I've got to know a lot more adults, children especially in the ELS side (okay, not that many people) although this time the spiritual aspect was kinda lacking :/ I think it's because of me running around the 3 concurrent programs going on at the same time which resulted in a rojak of a sort. But I suppose that's a trade-off for knowing what happened throughout camp :) PB Chalet was fun :D compared to last time, where we slept at like 3+ because we were talking/gossiping in bed (sounds weird, imagine 7 guys or more squeezed onto 2 beds) for a long long time because we couldn't sleep. Great job Desmond and Chooboo! Not looking forward to school! QOTD: "Their Heads will ROLL!" - M.r.s. Smosie Rith. Haha, poor Josiah/Benn/etc. |

it's no surprise I won't be here tomorrow.
and the day after that, and the day after the day after that. Church Camp! Be back on the 13th. Today was great, though. I think it was oddly special. one more thing we can't keep. |

Loads of things have passed in the past few days, including the stagnation of this blog.
Phototaking for Sec 3 MEP camp was weird, and it was kind of awkward being the only Sec 4 there with no one to talk to besides the teacher and 1 or 2 RI peeps. Other off things happened, but let's just leave it at that. Diving Training was weird, but pretty cool! Never knew I had the guts to dive face forward into the pool actually, till Sunday. Trials became Try-outs, hahaha. Probably won't join though, don't think I can manage. Still, the experience is pretty interesting :) but very freaky though. Can't imagine how it's like on the 10m diving place. Mugging at National Library (albeit for less than an hour) was kinda fun, although the chair had the tendency to wobble and people tended to laugh. Church camp beckons, and although I'll be missing IRT for it, I don't think i'll be regretting anything. (Haha sorry Max, it's nothing about IRT) Oh, and it's KWUN TONG'S BIRTHDAY TODAY! :D Happy 16th Gym Boss! Can't wait for tomorrow either. Or rather, it's today already. you don't know what happens and time slows down and everything seems faster than you can control and your tongue trips over itself and your pupils dilate to extend your consciousness and the world seems out of focus because there's only one focus for you and everything funny sound stupid and care couldn't be cared less and sensitivity skyrockets and you pretend not to care but though everyone says it being natural seems artificial.
