heart-starved friends. | 7:20 AM

Dear blog,

JC has been (insert adjective corresponding to mood here. Ah, complicated) so far. And no, not everything has to do with the introduction of the opposite gender (who in fact are more shameless than I give them credit for)

Tiring would be one thing to put it, with straight periods and the never-ending tutorials and notes piling up each day. Even the nap today didn't really seem to help much, I suppose it's part of mental exhaustion and worrying about everything turning out fine. Cakes for people's birthdays (which reminds me, I forgot to buy a cake for Eusebio -stabs self-), wishing people's birthdays, trying to sound a tad more sincere and being a bit more special than just the regular HAPPY BIRTHDAY on facebook walls which have next to no meaning at all. See blog, even people's birthdays are this complicated.

Commitment's another irritating word that has been hanging around. Everything that i'm interested seems to require 100% commitment in whatever you do which henceforth equates to alot of time and exclusivity and BYEBYEsecondCCA which really irks me. This then yields in the product of a one-sided student with no permission to pursuit other things that he's interested in, how irksome. When the sword swings down there's no telling what i'll drop, be it CCAs or my head.

I am getting incoherent (with the last sentence, evidently) so there is not much point in typing more at 11.33PM when I should be sleeping earlier. Goodbye blog! I hope there are more listeners like you. There seems to be too many good friends and not enough close friends in this JC world as it is.

I miss the old days.

out there pretending we're in love | 9:16 AM

first and foremost, Happy Chinese New Year/Valentine's Day/Total Defence Day/International Friendship Day!

and no, i'm not up here at 1.40AM to blog about the how many ang paos I got/what I ate today, although i'm reaaaaaaaaaaally sure i'm going to gain weight over these few days! People actually think I look skinny, hmm. (I'm hoping it's because I grew taller)

and no, I didn't stay up to do Chem either. It's the BANE OF OUR EXISTENCE as of current.

It's funny though, how in JC where news of pretty girls travels fast (even among the girls) and like according to the RG RJ girls they said that RI has like a list of hot girls! Woah, even I didn't know about that. Dat (it's person's name, I can spell 'that') aptly said something about "HOW COME it seems to be circulated among the RGS people instead of the RI people?"

Stereotypes of guys blatantly checking out girls may be true for some cases, but I guess that although guys may think that person XXX is attractive/pretty/(insert adj here), it doesn't mean they like them and most impressive of all, I think (most) RI guys actually do go for personality as well! Funny how for most guys that i've asked they'd prefer an average looking girl with brains/personality rather than a complete Blonde with black hair (you know who you are :D)

So yes! Do not assume that all guys with the XY chromosome are obsessed with looks, ungentlemanly and uncouth. Indeed, if you look out for the nice guys you'll find them soon enough :)

PS: If you were thinking that I was talking about myself in the last sentence, I'd first of all like to proclaim that i'm not such a thick-headed idiot and secondly feel a little ego-istic if you think that i'm that nice >:D

hello!

I do suppose bloggings are in order, especially with Take 5 with OG + Outings with 11S03D being the highlights of my life now :) They were AWESOMEEEEE if you haven't noticed, apart from the sunburns that made me resemble a lobster/national flag.

Before I do ramble on again, though, I think it's high time I should sleep! Have a church service tomorrow, so that means waking up early.

Btw, if you haven't clicked on the video above these words yet I SUGGEST YOU DO SO. It's really one of the coolest youtube videos around, according to my mum (yes, that's how awesome it is)

Even if you're preoccupied over being alone on Valentine's Day, i'm pretty sure there's loads of things to do around, i.e collect money, think of imaginative 4-word-chinese-phrases for relatives, count money, hang out with family/cousins/read the total defence day message. OH and add Chemistry homework to that list.

Voila, think on the bright side of life :)

Class Outing was AWESOMEEEe. okay quite Awesome. Which makes it awesome though we were almost late (fine, we were late) but we were fashionable indeed.

I'm feeling really tired but quite accomplished now, I think it's a feat indeed to message 21 people constantly. I can't feel my thumbs!

Take 5 tomorrow!! Sounds like another day of fun :)

Ubiquitous omnipresence. (?!) | 7:52 AM

Somehow, today was just sleepy. (don't look at me with those reproachful eyes, I slept for nearly 10 hours before 12, which is considered pretty rare)

Meeting at Marina Barrage was good! Although now i'm broke, I had a lot of fun with you guys today :) I really hope I get off my butt to start doing Accendo work though. At least there are more than 10 people in our Accendo Group now :)

Tutorials are piling up, and I haven't finished any one of them! Slacker much.

I'm really tempted to show you all a link! But nevermind, I figured that it'd give the wrong message. If you want the link you can ask me on MSN.
